I have always come here for help but have never been able to contribute any since what I know about technology wouldn't even fill a thimble. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ However, I can recommend several apps that may help someone as tech challenged as me.

ISyncr (I purchased it from Google Play Store for $3.99) is one that I can personally recommend. If you want to sync music from iTunes to your android phone, ISyncr makes this easy. It lets you sync via USB or Wi-Fi. It allows you to sync how and what you want to sync. You can choose to sync by playlists, artists, albums. genre, or songs. It works flawlessly.

The second app is for dummies like me that play around with their computer and DELETE ALL THEIR MUSIC off of their computer! If you still have the music on an iPod/iPad you can purchase iRepo by Purple Ghost off of their website (I think I paid about $10.00 for it). It syncs everything you have on your iPod/iPad back to your computer via USB. It not only syncs the music you purchased from iTunes but ALL of the music you have purchased from other places as well as music you have ripped from CD's. It allows you to select what you want to sync. It will sync your playlists also. It is well worth the money.

Hope this info helps someone. I am not associated with either of these two apps but I am just recommending them to anyone that may have a need for them.

Just tried the Bar Code Scanner and love it. The one that I got is Bar Code Scanner HD and it cost $.99 but it does do all the comparison price checks which is great.. Tried it on some of the food products and it is GREAT!!!!

Gas Buddy is a must I do not fill up without using the app. Around the time I get to 1/2 tank I start looking for the best pricing in the surrounding areas so if my travels take me where I can save some cash I will take advantage of it. You can't travel too far out of the way before the pennies savings get eaten up by the fuel used but if I'm going that way anyway.....
What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?

Thanks Go Dogs for the app info. I am going to check out Scout and Gas Buddy. I have been looking for a good UPC reader and I am going to give Red Laser a try. Thanks again.

Thanks for the recommendations. I don't have iTunes but those apps sound as if they could be very handy.
I am not very tech-savvy. Just got Smartphones 2 months ago. I like the following free apps: Scout, Gas Buddy, Google Earth/Sky Map, Swiss Army Knife.
Came across Lifeline 360- it's a tracking program. It will track another smartphone. You can set it up tell you when someone leaves and arrives at a certain location,(home, school, work, etc.). It is peace of mind, with latchkey kids.
I also have used, Red Laser-it's one of many UPC scanner apps. I used it last week at Home Depot-Lowe's had the same thing on sale, and I used the app to price match, saved $7!
