RV Trip Wizard

Does anyone have any experience with RV Trip Wizard? DW thinks it looks promising, but it is $40/yr with no trial period. If there was a one month trial period I would just sign up and try it out, but I don't want to spend $40 to learn it is hog wallop.
  • OK. We have a 5 week trip coming up in Sept. I will give it a try.
  • It works well for me. Just finished the summer trip (4 months worth) and it worked well. I like the fact that it exports to GPS using actual lat/long. instead of street addresses which improves accuracy. I also like that it gives RV park reviews/park website along with local gas stations and prices. I found that it also has some low clearance info in it. Can't beat that..

  • I love it I planned this past winters Trip of over 6,000 miles and 42 stops - they keep making is better with several major enhancements this past 6 months - they now have their data base tied into RV Park reviews
  • On their home page: "A unconditional 30 day full refund is available if you’re not 100% happy, and no automatic renewal."

I am going to try it next year. I won't need it for the fall trip.
  • You might give RV Parky a try. It's free and works as an app or computer web site. If you register, you can save your trips and modify at will. We do seven month trips every Apr-Oct and it has proven very helpful. It's only good for finding places to park your RV and reviews, but we use other sources to find attractions, etc.
  • I use it. However, I full time and plan very long trips. Don't know how much use it would be to a part timer.

Planned several trips with it. It slices, it dices, but it requires an Internet connection.
