SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB A7 10.4" 64GB WIFI SM-T500 --- FRP

Question

I purchased a SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB A7 10.4" 64GB WIFI SM-T500 at an estate sale. It is no good condition. I did a factory reset. Now I need to bypass the Google FRP. Anyone know a good software program for Windows 10 that will do this? The ones I fond on Google only work with android SMART PHONES.

What other option do I have?
