I second mjbenedict's comments. Just tap on the PDF you want to save and then tap on the blue "Open in iBooks" link at the top and it will save to your iBooks library for opening in the future. I have a lot of RV manuals and drawings set up on my iPad just like that.
I cannot seem to open up Safari. I use chrome and whenever I try to open Safari, chrome comes up. I am sure there must be a Similar way to save thru chrome, I just don;t know how, and would prefer not to have to switch browsers. thx.
