Second receiver not d/l program guide

I have a Winegard Pathway X2 automatic satellite dish. In single receiver mode it works flawlessly. In dual receiver mode it has issues. It quickly finds the correct eastern arc satellite needed for two receiver mode. I run the check switch test routine and it successfully checks all the 30+ switches. It acquires the signal but when it goes to d/l the Program Guide nothing happens.

Any similar or related experience?
