Secured Content?

I have a problem(?). I keep getting a message on the bottom of some web pages that reads "Only Secure Content is Displayed"... "What is the Risk?"...and it has a button to click on to "Show All Content".
I am using Windows 7.

Now the question. How do I get rid of this anoying message...for good? Any help will be greatly appreciated:)
