Send programs from one Hopper to another over the internet?

We have one Hopper with sling in the RV, and a second Hopper with sling at our residence. The residence Hopper is downloading and storing programming and we watch that programming over the intern...

when the hopper is at home and connected to cable internet
and you are on the road traveling connecting to cellular internet

you are on different networks

why is that so hard for you to understand
