If you buy a antenna for your radio that has a magnet type base
go buy a plate that goes over a power junction box and put some roof
sealer tar under the plate and fasten it to the roof of the rv. Then
run the wire from the antenna thu a window to the radio. Make sure
youput some of the roofing tar on the wire every foot or so so it
will not flop in the wind. the antenna will lock on the plate and
stay in place. my antenna has been there for years and never moved.
you can buy the antenna from most places that sell the sat radios.
The antenna will bring in a good signal. The antenna comes with
about 15 ft. of antenna wire with it and it and connector
that just snaps on to the sat radio. hope this helps.
