sony DSC WX300/W anythig better out there?

Question

am considering a Sony DSC-WX300/W at just under $300. 18 mpix, 20x optically stabilized zoom, CMOS sensor. is there anything better I should consider that is about the same size, 3.8 x 2.2x 1 inches or smaller?

Since you asked if it were me in the high end point and shoot realm I'd go with the Canon S110 or S120.

thanks, I'll check them out.they are the same  what I am replacing, 12 mpix, 5x zoom in a canon powershot ELPH 100 HS.bumpy

I found a Nikon S9500 which has some advantages, will have to look at it. a little bigger however.bumpy
