Still No Refund -- Not Surprised

It's going on two months now since I requested a refund on an unfilled order and shipping from Camping World, and several weeks since I was promised a refund from The "Rapid Response Team" here, on this forum and I still have not received a refund. I did receive fifty dollars worth of gift certificates in the mail, but they're no good to me because they can't be used online -- I have to drive ninety miles to the nearest Camping World to use them. A lot of good they are.

Come on, people. Where's my money?

Why have you not disputed the charge with your CC company? You'll get your money back immediately.

I manage that process for our company, and there's no excuse for a delay more than a day or two.

If I were a customer being screwed over and lied to, I would find it more professional for a phone call rather than an informal PM.
