Does anybody know if Apple makes a program like Microsoft Streets and Trips.

Appledoes not. Apple develops very few applications, different business model than Microsoft.

Which Apple OS? For iOS devices there is Google Maps and a number of navigation applications. For Mac OS, I don't know.

For trip planning, there are so many free unline services, demand for stand-alone alternativesis shrinking. I would not be surprised to see S&T dropped soon, MS has dropped many products when sales or demand went soft.

Check out a program called Copilot I believe they have a Mac version. Its close to the MS program

Older apple OS could run Google Maps. which is about as close as you will get.. The current ones... I do not know..

I know the big joke an OS uprgrade or two (7 I think) was people taking pictures of signs "Paper maps for folks afflicted with IOS-7" or whatever version it was.

I keep trying to find one, without success. There are apparently ways to work around using a MS operating system on the Mac, but it seems pretty unwieldily?

I keep an old Dell laptop just to run MS S&T.
