Suggestions, software for laptop mapping and GPS--solved

Diet cola, or regural -none is explanation for making programs like putting transmission in limp mode becouse door switch malfunction.
Famous program on BMW.
I just got truck with remote start. Sounds nice, but with the software experience I have - I don't have good feelings.
Coming back to GPS, anybody know details why Delorme discontinued their street atlas?
