Suggestions, software for laptop mapping and GPS--solved

I have a Win 10 tablet and I'm using a Bluetooth GPS receiver that works well. I also have a Garmin eTrex handheld GPS that I have used in the past. I have not tried the eTrex after doing the Win 10 anniversary update.
