Unable to open photos in email

I have new Samsung galaxy tablet and many times when I get email with pictures I get a message :"couldnt load photo" when trying to open it,,

Tried to save it to device storage and then open but that doesnt work either..
What could be the cause of this and how can I fix it,,
Btw
I use two different emails,one gmail and one microsoft hotmail,,
