I've never had throttling of the Mobley since purchase, although it does not cover some of the newer frequencies, and there have been places where the iPhone provided faster service. The problem is AT&T won't allow tethering of the iPhone without replacing the unlimited with a new account.
All in all, a great service for $22.07 per month.
