I have Win 10 Home on my laptop, and typing 'regedit' in the run box brings up the registry editor...
For my part, I find Win 10 to be just fine. I don't miss the Win 7 start menu, but the newest build has a reasonable facsimile for those who like it. The menu that appears when you right click in the bottom left of the screen, and a few shortcuts on the desktop, gives me access to everything I need.
