Yahoo Mail Very Slow to Load

Ever since upgrading to Windows 10 Anniversary, my Yahoo Mail loads abnormally slow. It worked fine on regular W10 before upgrade. I don't see what that has to do with it. Just a coincidence? Yahoo is working OK on my iPad.

WEll, I think I jumped the gun. It appears the problem is with the wifi here. I'm using my portable modem, and it looks OK.
