Well, as I stated, if there is a line behind me, I do the bare minimum, and move on, so others can as well.
But, hey, Im also the one who, if we have a large table at a restaurant, and there's a line of folks waiting to be seated, I don't sit around and BS for an hour "just because I can"... We eat, we have dessert (if desired), we pay our tab, we go on our way. That's just me though, because I always TRY to put myself in the other guys shoes. What would I hope the guy three spots ahead of me in the line at the dump station will do. Do I hope he takes his sweet ass time or do I hope he does what needs to be done and move on. Doesn't matter if Im in a hurry or not.
