You see waiting is a part of life (currently waiting at DMV). Also,, where is that we who use a tank rinse are abusing the facilities?
Do some math, figure how many gallons are in your holding tanks, now figure the flow rate to empty, now give me a figure of quick you can hook up and unhook.
Some people take a little longer and thats ok!
