Finding Secondhand Coast to Coast Premier Membership

I'm interested in a Coast to Coast Premier membership. However, it seems hard to impossible to find out how much they cost.

Also, are there reputable places/people to get a secondhand one from? Can they be sold/bought 'used?'

Do I need to have a membership near where I live, which is Colton, CA 92324 or can a membership from anywhere suffice?

Any information or guidance is appreciated. A link to a thread covering this, an website, or ? would also be appreciated.

Thanks.

Great advice. I'll be sure to take these things into consideration.

As others said you can't just buy into c2c, you have to join a membership park to which you will owe dues in addition to c2c membership. For example we pay our membership park $299/yr plus $120/yr to maintain the c2c membership. You can find resale memberships to a local park on craigslist. I have seen them to my park from free to $2000 to buy in resale as opposed to $6000-10,000 initial membership. The trick to a resale is you have to pay attention to the rules. Many limit the number of times a membership can change hands. For example, in our membership we can sell it once or we can gift it to a family member once. once it has been used, that option is gone so you can't use it again. Check it out before purchasing.

There's another way, find any rv park that is affiliated with C2C, they usually have a list of memberships available. For example, Treasure Lake in Branson, MO has a list on their website. Remember to look at all the costs, the yearly park dues, transfer fees, yearly C2C fees. The last time I looked there were memberships available, all costs included for under $1,000.

rvonline.com has membership resales. Very reputable. Everything from TT to deeded lots for sale, Coast to Coast, etc. Scroll to the bottom of the home page. Good luck. Hope you find what you are looking for.

There will be a reseller at the FMCA Indio rally in January. We got our C2C for 60 bux. It doesn't matter where you select for a home park unless you plan on spending holiday weekends there.

You cannot "buy" a C2C membership. You can buy into a C2C affiliated park first that becomes your "home" park. Then you can join C2C.

Ebay and there are several time share resellers online. Just do a search.
