they provide trip interruption : hotel, rental car, air fare back to home etc. Depends on the circumstances but yes.

I thought that was just in case of collision instead of a motor problem.

One other thing, I don't believe that either Coach-Net or Good Sam will tow you if involved in a collision or accident. That would be on your motorhome's insurance, provided you pay for that coverage. And they also will not cover you if you are off the beaten path, like on a beach or on a un-marked road.
