Installing window AC in travel trailer or tent trailer

For those interested in doing that, there is 3 things to remember:
1: Rear of AC has to have access to outside of travel trailer. You can leave it inside the trailer, but use a cover similar to what's on the fridge or heater exterior. This looks way better than having it sticking out.
2: The side vent of the AC has to have access to the exterior of the travel trailer, usually by running vents to it as it's needed to allow fan to push air thru the radiator and allow air to go in the AC.
Vents should be to the side of the trailer, not under has driving thru water would cause damages and also would allow critters to use them. Same type of exterior cover should be use.
2: If it's an older model AC, be sure to run a drip line to the exterior to allow drainage of water from the pan. Make sure that the line is sealed on the floor to prevent bugs to enter.

I put a window A/C in my POP (Mounted it on the front, so the unit was more or less "Normal" in the position it was mounted only I had to cut an opening, and later re-close it when I converted it to a utility trailer)

And in my Scamp, this one was an actual WINDOW install, Just added support bracing to help hold it.

Both worked, not as well as Id have liked but as well as I'd have liked, on the PUP, was simply not possible,, Sure made a diffeence in humidity and comfort though.
Home was where I park it. but alas the.
