Our dealer told us the same about the AC. In highly humid areas it may freeze up on low. So far, ours has not done so. In the summer, I usually leave the fan on all the time, especially at night. I like the noise to drown out outside noises.
The lights for the tanks may or may not be accurate. It doesn't take much for them to not read correctly.
My black and grey tanks are both 36 gallon. We have gone longer than a week without filling the black tank and I usually put 7-8 gallons of water in before leaving home. We use our bathroom and rarely use the bathhouse at campgrounds.
The grey tank will usually last us about 36 hours. We take full showers and wash dishes. This is not really a problem unless we are at a campground without sewer connections. Then its off to the dump station with the tote.
It will take you a few trips to get a feel for everything, then you will be a pro.
