I think this thread says it all... A multi-stage converter or a Battery Minder.
Only thing I would consider adding is having an EMS hard-wired in, which will stop the RV from frying if plugged into a 240 volt dryer outlet, as well as save the A/C compressor if a CG has too low a voltage. The reason for it to be hard-wired in is that there is no way to forget about plugging it in, and it is out of reach for all but the most determined of thieves.
