Mailing address

Just getting back into RVing and would like to know if there are still three major mail drops for Rv'ers in the USA. I think there was a "best" pick out west but am not able to find info on it at this time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
  • Yes, UPS stores have a physical address.
That is what is good about them.

There is now some regulations requiring physical address for mail.

Doesnt a UPS store have a physical address?

Yes I don't understand that either.

Some Government documents will not accept a P.O. box but "mail drops" have figured that out and just use their street address and "sort" on the name. No box number needed.

  • X 2 on Escapees. Great RV Club and excellent mail forwarding service. Been using them for over 11 years.
  • FMCA used to run their own out of an office in Cinci, but a little while back they changed over to Dakota (something).

The campground at that office is still available.

  • IF....you are needing forwarding from a "real" permanent residential address, then check with the USPS first. Your mail can not be re-routed from a real residence without their involvement anyway.
  • There are many many companies that do mail fowarding servive with the majority of them being in SD, TX and FL. You can get a good list from whichever state you prefer ( may matter if establishing a residency) by doing a google search for mail forwarding services in _____.
  • As the others have stated and you may want to look into
    www.escapees.com
as a forwarding or scanning service.

  • Are you looking for a "drop" service? Or a "forwarding" service. The primary mail forwarders that many RV'ers use are located in FL, SD, and TX.
