2X for St. Brendan's Isle in Green Cove Springs, FL.

Hoping to find where we want to live by September/October at the lastest. At least for this year, I have to keep this state as our home state since we have to pay income taxes here, but no one seems to care where the mail gets forwarded.

It matters if you're fulltiming. You'll want your drivers license, health and vehicle insurance, vehicle registrations, voter registration, and other legal matters to be based in a domicile state that's advantageous to fulltimer RV'ers and your income situation. If you're only part timing, and just having your home address mail temporarily forwarded to the private forwarding service by the USPS, then no, the state doesn't matter.

No, you do not have to a member of Passport, but do get a substantial discount if you are.
