I used to own a 1997 Salem TT and
2 and a half years ago it got flooded due to toilet lever got stock or something like that. Got flooded the whole night and most of the gfci power outlet wasn't working.

After 3 mos the gfci outlet started to work.

Went camping with the TT for years as if nothing happened.

Fast forward couple weeks ago I got curios and checked the underbelly and surprisingly there were no molds.

Does it mean that molds sometimes doesn't form at all if TT gets flooded?

The mold forms when an area is soggy and wet for awhile. If you had a leak and cleaned it up right away you may not get mold. Mold needs darkness, warmth, still air and moisture to form, and it does take time for mold to grow. If you take steps to remove the moisture, the darkness, the warmth or move the air you can keep mold from forming. I'm assuming you must have done something right.

I am not an expert on mold but I (my opinion) is you were lucky, and flooding usually causes an area to stay damp and this gives the area a chance for the mold to start growing. Yours must have dried out pretty fast.
