X2, and Amazon has the game rigged to discourage phone calls, though you can do that if you want. Normally, all you need to do is request a return online and state the reason as I noted above. The speed at which you get a reply may depend on whether the item was shipped from an independent seller (like us) or if it was fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), ie, it was shipped from one of their warehouses. I say this because a lot of sellers are closed on the weekend and won't reply until Monday.
