RV dump station Fee - pay if only getting fresh water ?
I have heard that it is dumping fee, costs nothing just to get fresh water. If someone only gets potable water at a rv dump station are they supposed to pay the fee ?

You better make sure it is potable water before using it as such.
I have been to some dump stations where the water is not potable
