RV dump station Fee - pay if only getting fresh water ?
I have heard that it is dumping fee, costs nothing just to get fresh water. If someone only gets potable water at a rv dump station are they supposed to pay the fee ?

Why should fresh water be free? It cost to build and maintain the facility, the water bill comes regular as clockwork. Why should anyone give you free water?
