What was your first RV noob disaster (or near disaster)?

I was out in the middle of the desert with my popup. While folding up to leave I had already removed the bed support bars when my brother said he needed to remove the block under the tongue jack. Without thinking about it I pushed down hard on the rear bed to take the weight off the tongue. There was a pop as the slide rollers gave away and the bed fell to the ground. We did get it slid back onto the rails to get home and I had to buy some new rollers from an RV salvage place to fix the bed.
