Why do Rv sink covers say not to used with food
We bought 2 different sink covers from amazon .Both made by camco when we read the label it says not to be used with food contains lead.Yet they advertise these as cutting boards

Due to a very strict California Law mandating warning labels for any product that contains, or was processed with anything that might contain lead many manufacturers are applying a warning label so the product can be sold in California.
One poster had it right. If the screws had even a small amount of lead in them or were machined with tools that did the manufacturer probably put a warning label on just for the California Sale issue.
