What am I missing? - Never heard of such a shuttle after 40 years in the Orlando/Tampa area.
- Don't stay out too late in Ybor City. "The freaks come out at night"!

- Nothing near Ybor City at all. No shuttles in Tampa area that I'm aware of. I would stay at LazyDays RV Resort in Seffner (10 miles from Columbia Restaurant). They only have a shuttle to the Hard Rock Casino, not anywhere else. You would need to take a taxi to the restaurant if you don't have a vehicle.
