I really wish I would have seen the forums and reviews before getting sucked into buying a camper from ZoomersRV. We are completely devastated! Please buyers, beware! We understand we bought the camper AS IS with no warranty, however, we were given false information and trusted Zoomers. Now we are stuck with a camper that needs more repairs than it is worth. When we hear roof was inspected and does not leak, we shouldn't have assumed everything was OK. Big mistake. Then, to top it off, he throws in a generator for us for an additional $500 and half of it is missing and will also cost more to fix. Now we are waiting for the title and going to try fix it and sell it honestly, like Zoomers should have done in the first place.

I bought a 5th wheel from them. Completely misrepresented it to me. I contacted them with the problems the very next day. After no resolution to the problems I left negative feedback on ebay.

I did not know this, but there is a internet company called net neutrals that for a fee will remove bad ebay ratings.

He told lies to them, the did not check for for $130 gets the bad review removed. He offers $50 if at the time of pickup if you will log onto ebay and give a positive review. If you leave a negative review he will pay $130 to have it removed.

Do not trust them. They tell complete lies. I had a thread on here about it but is closed. He claims I had it and after 30 days I called demanding money. I call the very next day asking to return it. He delayed, told lies etc. Avoid !!!!!!

The buy these rv's never test them, sell them as solid and working order, possible make a half ass repair and tell you everything is ok.

Who ever wrote, defending Zoomers saying that the people complaining are "first timmers" is incorrect. I have had many rv's in the past, purchasing them from all over the US. I never had a problem until I encountered Zoomers. My advise, steer clear. The man I unscrupulous liar.

That and also learn to use the search function here. Plug in Zoomers and grab some popcorn...

The owner Mike appeared on a thread recently defending his business - said - and I quote "All Used RVs have issues and they all leak. So it isn't an Easy Business to be in, but I love it.. " Moderator closed the thread. This guy is the definition greasy salesman. Do some research before doubting posts about Zoomers! His victims are usually first timers - feel sorry for them not this bozo.

Zoomers really sounds like he cares but he is a snake. I bought winnebago from him I looked at it before bidding. Motorhome was ten years old needed some work but bought it at the right price. This is why you my not what to deal with them, I live 70 miles from wabash but I drove there and looked at Rv. Found it in Zoomers shop but they told me it just needed a exhaust manifold gasket found a leak and would fix it as good as new. I won it called after auction but was still in shop and he would call when done. He told me again he was doing it right. Five days later he called said come pick it up.
Drove home exhaust got loader and loader.
He broke four bolts taking manifold off.
He bolted angle iron on block for a strap to hold up manifold
At that time I thought ok would cost 500.00 to drill out WRONG
When garage took off manifold they tried to drill out broken studs, three were half a hole off the other he drilled into water jacket and tried to weld hole shut.
It will take a engine head to repair for four thousand dollars.
This is not a bought money a bought his botched job.
Now they said other shop did repair but will not give me phone number.
Mike said other shop screwed it up but I fell it never left his shop.
He told me to bring back but I still have to pay to put back together, mike said bring back and he will fix it right this time, lol I don't trust the man.
I don't care what it cost I will pay it have a good Rv and still have a good reputation.
I am not done so please please don't give up, people are getting hurt by his lies.

Ouch, thanks for the heads up. I have been looking at their units, but will proceed with extreme caution before bidding. Might make me keep more local where I can see, touch & feel a used rig before purchase.

To respond to all of the other posts on this topic, there are currently some problems posting with the BBB website, but I will stay with it and as far as "first time posters" I cannot see how to modify my profile, but I assure you that I am real. Why would anyone take the time to discredit Zoomers if they had not had an issue with them?

You can add me to the growing list of unsatisfied Zoomer RV customers. I only wish that I had read this forum before traveling all the way from California to Indiana to purchase one of Mike's motorhomes.

Mike Weaver misrepresented a motor home to me as well. You have to be very careful with this guy. Even when asked a specific question, he will not give an honest answer. He will fall back on his e-bay add language and pictures. I asked him, "is there any rust under the unit?" and I said, "it looks as though the rims are pitted and corroded." His response was, "there was only minor surface rust under the coach" and, the rims are shinny, you can see yourself in them." I thought that was good because the rims would be a good indicator of being driven in corrosive environments and minor surface rust would mean that there would only be a slight discoloration of some exposed metal.

After flying all the way from California to Indiana I found all of the cargo bay frames had significant rust and corroded metal and the aluminum wheels were corroded and pitted. There was also alot of rust in the generator area and the tail pipe (normally chrome) had been replaced with a piece of flex tubing from the muffler. There were also numerous other problems with the coach like ceiling panels that had been replaced with different colored material, a dash radio that was replaced in a very un-professional manner, etc..

Needless to say, my wife and I had taken a one-way flight to Indiana. We could not get a flight back to California and had to rent a car to drive home. Thanks to Mike's misrepresentation we are out over $1,500 in travel expenses. The man has no conscience! Steer clear!!!

OK, I'll jump in with my Zoomers RV story...

I would say we're experienced RV owners.
We've owned a number of RV's over the years, and rented before we bought.

We recently purchased our third diesel pusher motorhome, and we bought it on eBay from Zoomers RV, Wabash IN. The owner/dealer is Mike Weaver. Mike states in his eBay ads that his units are "not nice". He is correct...

In the past, we've bought a couple other motorhomes on eBay, and both were represented fairly accurately by the sellers. So, we honored our end of the deal by wiring Zoomers the funds, flew to Indiana and rented a car to pick up our coach. Upon arrival at his lot, we looked through all their other motorhomes, and every one was dirty and had several broken things visible. In Mike's words: "not nice". Our mistake was not believing his ad, which clearly says their RV's are not nice units.

Walking around the coach, it was obviously far rougher than his video description indicated. Very dirty, low on oil, etc. It became apparent that his representation of the coach was quite inaccurate; starting with, it has a different engine than was advertised as having! But the worst fault that was obvious at the moment was that the windshield was broken. Cracked top to bottom. Mike said he didn't notice that... Funny, his video clearly claims "all good glass". He wanted to send us on our way with the broken windshield, and "take care of it" when we returned home. Judging by his dealership's sloppy appearance and his inventory's ragged condition, I pressed him to fix it there, and that we would simply wait until it was done. (Note: Federal law prohibits driving with a broken front windshield...) I simply sat in Mike's office until he made arrangements to pick up the glass and have it installed the next day.

Once on the road, we discovered several other flaws that Mike's ad and video had misrepresented. Things such as the exhaust brake not working, no engine caution or warning lights working, no dash A/C, etc. etc. etc... (His ad claimed all systems were functioning properly.)

Since we got the coach back to beautiful San Diego county, I've spent many hours fixing the myriad of problems that were not disclosed by Zoomers RV. Fortunately, much of this I can fix myself. I did have a tech come to fix the exhaust brake and troubleshoot wiring.

Finally, the coach had been advertised to include a warranty from StarRV. The eBay ad clearly says it includes the warranty, but Zoomers RV never actually paid for the warranty. That was a significant part of my decision to buy, yet EIGHT weeks after I bought it on eBay, NO WARRANTY...

I have offered Mike numerous opportunities to resolve these issues, with no help in return. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend purchasing an RV from Zoomers.

Let's hope he sees this and decides to do the right thing!

P.S: The bulk of their eBay feedback is from selling fishing tackle online, NOT from the sale of RV's...
