7.4mpg towing sounds right at about 70-75mph for my 6.0L. We usually take <600 mile round trips within Michigan, but this year two 2200 mile trips. We averaged a little over 8mpg. Some over 9mpg, some low 7s depending on hills and wind. 11mpg around town sounds a bit low, but maybe for lots of city/stop/go/short trips. We average 13mpg winter adn 14mpg summer of mixed city/highway.
