Best was going to Lynchburg TN to the Jack Daniel's BBQ competition the last week of OCT. Weather was awful but the Q was fantastic. One of my favorite campgrounds is Tims Ford State Park where we stay when we visit uncle Jack D. The best distillery tour you can find.
Worst was the trip home from Fl on 1/1/19. We went through ATL on the 2nd and I had forgotten that they hosted a Bowl game..lol, I don't follow football. Took nearly 3 hours to get through ATL and the traffic was the worst I have ever experienced anywhere.
