Adjust hitch after switching to LT tires on truck?

As the topic states: I believe that my new LT tires stay firmer with less "squish". It seems logical that this accounts for the rear end staying a little higher under load than it did with P rated tires. Enough so that I think I can use one less link on my WDH. Or, is my thinking flawed? Any opinions?

I'd like to have less tension on the WDH, as for the last year, I have to raise the jack to the max to get to the link I want/need.

x3. Don't adjust spring bar tension, adjust hitch height. Trailer should be level or slightly nose down when the height is adjusted correctly.

If the tires are the same size. Leave it alone

If your hitch is staying higher then you have already reduced the tension some.

I'd leave it alone.
