DICK - ChrisatthebeachExplorerThat sounds like the bearings in the fan motor seized. Mine did it on a hot summer night back in 2012. I checked and found that it would not turn. Found a replacement about 30 miles away and changed it myself. It took about an hour from start to finish after I had purchased the replacement motor. I think the motor was under 150.00.

Today the AC made one heck of a noise and then quit. Heading to Mt. Vernon, Illinois tomorrow and wanting to find a mobile RV repairman in the area.
Call the closest CG where you are headed and/or are going to stay at.
Ask the ""owner of the CG or manager who they use for RV Mobile Repair.""
IMHO is the ONLY way to find out the phone number of the best/reputable RV Mobile Repair in the area you will be in.
