I know of several being used in the HDT world. The Binkley head is a proven design if maintained. The plate and suspension work great.

I'm not sure what your goal is and your link didn't come through. If you're looking for a smoother tow, take a look at a Gen-Y. I ordered one for by bumper pull but they make one for a fiver too. I've talked to a couple of people that tow horse trailers and they have been very pleased with them.

Purchased the 25K Omni-Directional with Binkley head in 2011.

We are fulltime rving we have went thru two Trucks and two camper put still have same hitch. It definitely improves your ride.
