The person(s) we are looking for will be reliable, team players, able to multi-task, good with people, possess good communication skills and have a positive and fun attitude.

Be willing to perform other tasks as may be directed.

Wages plus FHU site. Minimum 20 hours per week per person, facility amenities and store discounts available.

This sounds interesting. With only 20hrs of time committed to work it leaves lots of time to explore. I would get a list of possible "other tasks" you would be expected to perform. That way you know exactly what is expected.
