Funny! Talking about "wrong parts"! I took my Outback back to my dealer to have the front cap repainted (which Keystone agreed to pay) and work was done in a very timely fashion (NO COMPLAINTS).
However, what was suppose to take a week, took 2 weeks. Why? Because the dealer order the graphics from Keystone. They arrived in time and could have been installed within the week. But... when they opened them up, found out Keystone sent the graphic with "Kstone" (Yes, the "e" and the "y" missing on their own graphic name! The dealer had to send them back! Took about 5 days to get new ones. I was able to pick up the camper exactly 14 days after dropping it off. I understand... not the dealer's fault!
