OP here-update. Called Thor to request overnight ship. No problem done BUT in discussing our problem (broken cable rear slide) Thor rep advised CW had ordered wrong part. CW ordered a slide repair kit consisting of rollers, shims etc. but no cable! Called CW service advisor and told him. Now I can only wait some more.
