Even though I already posted basically that you can't fix stupid.
I confess I got to close to some elk once. Backpacking with kids and we stopped at this really pretty lake and played around to long exploring. We didn't make it to camping spot to well after dark. On the way about dusk I was on trail and heard elk calling, but only at a distance. In the half dark, halve light I saw what looked liked to me a blown down tree. Dark brown with lighter brown patch. Keep walking and all of a sudden this "tree" moved and turned around and had a elks head attached to this "tree". I came up on the back side of it without noticing. If you haven't been up close to an elk they are pretty long legged and tall.
Also many years ago in Alaska driving a logging truck on a logging road and came across a Moose that just stood in the middle of road. Didn't move like most do. I stopped and waited, blew horn etc. Finally I rolled by real slow. That thing look at me almost eye level to eye level and I was in a truck. I never knew Moose were so tall till I looked straight across at on eye ball to eye ball.
By the way, the best meat of any wildlife is Moose IMO. Lean or leaner than elk but tastes better.
