Anyone Towing a '13 Jeep GC Limited?

I have a '13 JC Limited and while doing all the steps to get the transfer case into neutral, the book says that I should see a message on the info center that the 4x4 has been placed in neutral. I don't get the message but I do have the red light solid and the vehicle rolls fine while transmission in park. It would appear that indeed the transfer case is in neutral.

Any thoughts on the missing message?
