Anyone towing the new Jeep Compass? (UPDATE NOT TOWABLE)
new Jeep Compass: details, success, problems? edit: I'M SORRY I DID NOT REALIZE IT WOULD NOT ARRIVE UNTIL LATE APRIL The Motorhome guide says yes, but the owners manual says no to all.

We tow a 2014 Jeep Compass, standard trany 4 down. It weighs 3,000 lbs and is just right for us being a 4 door with a hatchback. Room for 5 and the dogs. It does not have a locking steering wheel thus not requiring the key to be left in the ignition if you add an aux 12v plug for the brake buddy etc.. Just a note standard trany's are hard to find and the compass is being discontinued next year. The liberty is also a good alternative.
