- LlibnmapExplorerI have that same set up, towed a 2015 wrangler with a class c e450 for over 2000 miles with no problems. Love the convenience of the auto stop set up.
Bill - avanExplorerThird year using that set up. Approx 28,000 tow miles. Have not had any problems. Had mine serviced last summer at the BO plant in Pender, Nebraska. I think it was $30 or so and they took it all apart, replaced all the washers and bolts etc, lubed it all at my campsite. Campsite? Oh, they have a really nice FHU campground on site - free to those getting new tow bars or service. 3 yrs ago, when they were installing the auto stop cabling on the toad, I took their plant tour. Very interesting. They also manufacture quite a number of farming implements and have for decades.
- quiltladyExplorerThanks so much for the feedback. They finished the install on ours today and we will be picking up the MH and 2014 CRV from them tomorrow. They happened to mention today this was the first one of these they have installed. Wish they had mentioned that up front. DH is nervous about towing, but we have had it with the inconvenience for renting cars. Thanks again.
