At what point do you step in and offer help?
A nice nearly new Newmar was backing into a space just across from me. He and the wife have wireless mikes and earphones so there is a lot of communication between them both by voice and by arm move...

I now have a very good backup camera and have retired my wife from backup duties;)
We use the radios too. The policy is, if she is not talking or I can't see her in a mirror giving hand signals instead everything stops. I don't mind her being out of sight but I want to hear her. The only time she stops talking or signaling is when she stands where SHE wants a rear corner of the trailer to go & gives me a target to aim for.
Hundreds of backins. No crunching sounds so far.
