Atwood 8835 - iv will not ignite - 9 year old furnace

So, we left Texas earlier this week and are now in Ohio. This a.m. our 9 yr. old Atwood furnace would not start. I can hear a slight sound as if it wants to 'kick in' but no go! Removed the outsi...

Maybe the gap in the ignitor has changed. This happened to mine. I reset the gap and tightened the loose screw that caused it and no more problems. You can find the gap distance in your book or on line. Unfortunately I had to remove the furnace to get at the little bugger.
