Awning add a room

My cousin gave me a carefree add a room for my trailer over the weekend. He got it from when he bought his previous TT and never used it because it was missing the zipper piece that slides into the awning track. He has since gotten a new trailer and gave it to me since it wouldn't fit and knowing I was handy. Before I make something up for this, does anyone know if/where you can buy pieces for the add a room? I haven't pulled it out of the bag to verify if anything else is missing, I'll do that this weekend.

It clearly states it's a carefree... we have one. I'd love to sell it only because the site we have for the winter does not allow for us to ground it properly and with the winds in Fl on the west coast we won't do it.
You can go to carefree.com and either talk to them online or get their number and call them.
They are super helpful so just call them.
