Backup Camera not working

Question

Just received my new Garmin RV 760LMT with backup camera kit. I find the GPS format much different then any other GPS I have ever owned. It is going to take some studying to figure how to use it. Now I installing the backup camera that is simple, mount and add power. Camera icon appeared in the upper right corner. Pressed it and it made a little noise then nothing. Powered everything off then back one, now I get nothing. Tried to pair them by holding down the button on the mount on the GPS and it doesn't try to pair or do anything. Garmin site is not that helpful. Still looking for the answer. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?

Closed on Saturday and Sunday and open only when most people are at work. This way they do not have to serve those pest people asking why their products do not come up the the quality they say they do. And their email help tries to make sure you cannot find the right place to ask for help. The owners manual doesn't have a trouble shooter that covers your problem.

that is why I purchase this type of stuff at Best Buy. if it does not work.. they give you another one or a refund... your call.I do not work on weekends.. and no one else should have to.
